Getting started 30+ years ago I enjoyed remodeling our properties. But today we are growing and thing keep pulling me away from the remodeling and tward the daily operations of our business.  Dan and I still do most of the daily maintance, But somtimes on larger,  time consuming job or when special equipment or knowledge is need that is when we get a reputable qulified general contractor.
