We know you want to live in a quiet and safe building, and it is our job to make sure you do.

On-site Laundry Facility

The on-site laundry facility makes running your every day chores a breeze.

NEW!!!  We now have Cion free laundry.  Use your cell phone instead of quarters. we will even send you a text when your laundry is done.  

24-hour Emergency Maintenance

Our 24-hour emergency maintenance allows you to never worry about reaching a repairman. Simply dial our emergency maintenance line and we will dispatch the right person for the job.

Parking

All of our communities offer off street parking. some even offer the option of indoor parking.

Lawncare and snow removal

Lawncare and snow removal are both provided in all of our communities. Relax it's worry free.

If you rent a single family home, trailer lot, commercial lots we can hook you up with our service providers.

Odd jobs around the home

Do you need help putting together a bookshelf, bed, desk or hanging pictures, cleaning, moving furniture, anything. Just give us a call and we may be able to put you in touch with one our handymen.  You can pay them direct. We don't want anything, except to help.
