My wife and I started Reitz Rentals about  two and a half decades ago.  My favorite part about working in the real estate business is finding creative ways to buy, sell, and build.  I enjoy doing the deals most investors can't or don't even think of. I also love being in a position to help our residents enjoy where they live.  I believe a person's home should be thier sanctuary.

Dan has worked his whole life in the construstruction industry.  He has laid foundation and shingles, and he can do anything in between. He has supervised hundreds of home constructions in our area But now enjoys smaller remodels and odd jobs.

Getting started 30+ years ago I enjoyed remodeling our properties. But today we are growing and thing keep pulling me away from the remodeling and tward the daily operations of our business.  Dan and I still do most of the daily maintance, But somtimes on larger,  time consuming job or when special equipment or knowledge is need that is when we get a reputable qulified general contractor.
