One 16 South B Street is located in the heart of DuBois Pa.  We are within walking distance of everything that downtown DuBois has to offer; fine restraunts, art galleries, the Reitz Theater, entertainment, the DuBois library, bakeries, clothing and, a variety of other unique shops.

We bought the building known as the Kaufmans Auto Parts building, about 10 years ago.  We have since remodeled, torn out, put back in and updated just about everything.  It is new from the basement to the rubber roof,  heating systems to appliances, floors, walls, and ceilings.  We have turned it into what is known today as One 16 South B Street.
